Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get these games to launch these ii games. I can totally understand how this could exist apropos/disruptive. If this is happening consistently, I advise trying the steps outlined in our support page entitled Troubleshoot gameplay issues on Windows x.

How-do-you-do there. Have you tried restarting your pc and make sure you accept all updates both pc and the games.

for playing Xbox Play Anywhere games you need every update on Windows, y'all need accept updated Graphic, DirectX and Visual Studio. Only some instance is need to update your audio.
